Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity, is not permitted.

SPManager uses AI models to generate project plans, task assignments, summaries, and other content. This content is provided as assistance only and should not be treated as professional advice.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and acting on any AI-generated content.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

Team managers are responsible for managing their team members, including adding and removing access appropriately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or are inactive for extended periods.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, legal requirements, or our practices.

We will notify users of significant changes where reasonably possible. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

The ClientDesk feature allows managers to invite external clients to participate in AI-guided requirements gathering sessions. By using this feature, managers confirm they have the right to share the client's contact information with the platform.

Clients who participate in a ClientDesk session consent to their conversation being processed by AI models to generate a structured requirements report. This is communicated to clients via the invitation email.

AI-generated requirements reports from ClientDesk sessions are provided as structured summaries only. Managers are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and validating all requirements before using them for project planning.

Session data is retained until deleted by the manager. Managers are responsible for deleting client data when it is no longer needed.
